About Me

Diana Bobar holds the verb “to do” in her hands, sews it and brings it to life, filling it with significance, possibility and fulfillment. She was an excited painting student at the Fine Arts University in Timisoara, Romania, until she started “playing around with fabrics” by cutting some of her father’s old silk shirts and a few vintage dresses of her mother.

Taking advantage of her few possibilities, she started publishing these fashion hybrids on her – one of the first Romanian – fashion blog and very soon was receiving appreciative feedback from people all over the world. Motivated by a feeling of accomplishment, Diana then decided to take on a whole collection! From this moment on, her unique way of working with fabrics was taking its first steps towards what was going to become her new full time job: that of a fashion designer.
